Dual Topics: HallerU: A Proactive Approach to Skilled Labor Shortage and How Will the R-22 (HVAC Refrigerant) Phase Out Impact Your Facility?
Meeting Summary:
Join us for a jam packed informational session on two pressing topics in the Facilities Management world: How can we address the shortage of Skilled Labor? And how does the R-22 (HVAC refrigerant) phase out impact your facility in 2020 and beyond?
The presentation will offer an insightful look at the innovative HallerU Learning Center by Haller Enterprises. From the Field Ready Programs for new employees needing basic trade skills, to advanced technical training for experienced technicians, HallerU provides career development opportunities for those always looking to improve. The presentation will also include updates on the 2020 phaseout of R-22 refrigerant. Many HVAC systems currently possess R-22, but the manufacture and import of R-22, along with other HCFCs, is banned for 2020 and beyond. We will discuss the available options in the marketplace, so you can make educated decisions going forward.
