Re-Boot Your FM Team

It’s been a long few years, our organizations look, work, walk, and talk a little differently than they did before. Our FM teams have been stretched to the max with new demands, new processes, new challenges, new everything.  If you and your team are feeling a bit worn down, you are not alone. It is time to infuse your team with a fresh perspective and rejuvenated purpose. This dynamic round table workshop will focus on the many facets of motivation and how to help re-center and re-ignite your FM team.  We will dive into a host of motivational tools and processes and share best practices that can help set your team up for success and engagement.

4 Learning Objectives

  1. Identify the warning signs of a “tired” team.
  2. How defining and redefining your purpose can rejuvenate your team.
  3. Motivational tools and strategies for creating and sustaining a positive team dynamic.
  4. Best practices for creating a culture of support, learning, and leadership.

Zoom link will be sent to attendees the day prior.
