About the Speaker

Michael Chiapperino is currently a Business Manager at HAYS Recruitment, the world’s largest specialty recruiter. His focus and expertise is solely within the Facilities Management and Facilities Engineering space. Michael’s career in recruitment spans over a decade, having supported many clients from non-profits to high-end investment firms. He also works heavily with FM service providers and commercial real estate clients to build out their teams.

In his capacity as a consultant with HAYS for the last 7 years, Michael has been involved in assisting his clients with compensation analysis, recruitment, and retainment strategies, along with mentoring FM candidates to help grow their respective careers. Michael is based out of the HAYS NYC office and oversees the FM division for the firm on the east coast. He resides in Central NJ and is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
